Contract and Deposit
A signed contract and deposit is required in order to guarantee catering order. 

Restaurant Usage
Restaurant can be used for private parties if advance arrangement is made. Restaurant is closed on Mondays to the public. Therefore, meetings can be held on Mondays as well. Capacity is 125 people. 

Off Site Catering
No Later than 14 days prior to event, inform manager of menu, beverage and dessert selections and any other details about the event. 

Although advance booking is recommended, Frankies will still make room for last minute catering orders for events and parties.

Payment and All Charges
All outstanding charges must be paid in full by either CASH, CHECK OR CREDIT CARD at the close of the event or when the food is delivered. 

Off Site Catering will include a $50 set up fee for parties of 100 or more people. 

Liability
Booking party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless any and all claims to lost, stolen, missing or damaged equipment or personal property.

Delivery charge: $15.00 and up

18% service charge and Sales tax included in final cost.
